Plasware will only make an offer for credit to the customer if the wrong product was delivered and returned on the same day in its original condition or by prior agreement. In the case of a collection from Plasware's warehouse, damages or other mistakes must be notified by the Customer prior to leaving the premises where reasonably practicable. In the event of a dispute Plasware's records as to the quality of goods actually received and their condition will be conclusive. Goods returned by the customer for any other reason will be subject to a 60% handling fee and freight charge.
